  • An encyclopedic old stock (XVIth - XVIIIth century) : theology, religious disputations (in particular jansenism), history, politics, law, literature, sciences (in particular medecine), latin editions, french and foreign editions (in particular italian, spanish and english).
  • A modern stock specialize in history (XIXth - XXth century) : religious, literary and cultural history of the Middle Ages (XIIth - XVth century) and the XVIth - XVIIth centuries, historical bibliography, local and regional history of France. Today the current collecting policy is based on theses subjects, giving priority to France, without excluding Europe.
  • Most of the items are printed (books ans serials), but the library purchase also electronic resources (CD-Rom, DVD-rom, online serials and publications). They are listed in the catalogue and accessibles in the reading room.
